First of all, CNC is required to process the shape and when data reaches standard, CNC processes hollow part. When CNC works, it is critical to choose a proper milling cutter. Coated milling cutter features sharp and wear resistance. In the course of cutting, factors such as feed and cutting depth affects quality and form and location tolerance. In the process of processing aluminum alloy, deformation appeared in parts is a knotty problem. Whether processing procedure is correct or not is a significant factor affecting product process. A technology, called surface sand blasting, can remove de-burring left. During the sand blasting, pressure for air under compressed condition shall not be higher, which the reasonable range is 0.5-0.6MP. Sand blasts too light if air pressure is high and parts is inclined to be deformed if air pressure is high.
